You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rs232 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to failure to protect your login credentials.

Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Amendments
Account Suspension & Closure
Rs232 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, failure to verify identity within the required timeframe, or at the request of relevant authorities.
In cases of account closure due to violations, rs232 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. If no violation is confirmed, eligible balances will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting rs232 customer support. Requests will be processed within seven (7) business days.
Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Rs232 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time by publishing the latest version on the website. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified as necessary to be enforceable, while the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
